Coronavirus Shipping and Delivery Updates
UK Service Update
*Please be aware there are significant additional delays with Royal Mail Standard post due to the busy Christmas Period*
Due to the current ongoing pandemic shipping and delivery times are taking longer and we cannot guarantee shipping times for any service.
DHL Express Delivery is still currently running as normal. When this shipping option is selected, orders placed before 12pm each day will be shipped on the same day and is usually a next day service, Monday to Friday. This is dependent on area and staffing levels in each area. Please note acrylic monomer cannot be sent via this service.
Royal Mail services are the most affected. Royal Mail are now closed on Wednesdays and are only collecting shipments between 7am and 9am each day. This means the cut off time for orders sent via Royal Mail is 7pm the evening before to allow us time to process and pack your orders before collection. We are upgrading all packages to 24 hour tracked service free of charge as we are aware all services are taking longer than expected due to reduced hours and staffing levels and increased demand.
For DHL Express orders please only contact us if it has been more than 2 working days since your order should have been delivered.
For Royal Mail orders please only contact us if it has been more than 7 working days from the shipping date.
Unfortunately due to an increasing number of emails we will not be able to respond to email enquiries about delivery before these time frames. This is to allow us to focus on getting deliveries out on time so we can continue to provide the best service possible at this difficult time.
